Serving as it relates to FSI employees being SCRAPPY usually revolves around being in service of our customers and others within the organization. Recently, Don Neff, who works in Outside Sales in our Marietta, GA branch, embodied SCRAPPY when he flew over 8,000 miles from home to be of service to others.
